WINTEC t-win series — Servo-hydraulic two platen

t-win

The servo-hydraulic two-platen machine for large parts — efficiency by design, built to run profitably for decades.

4,500 – 40,000 kN

Hydraulic two-platen

Overview

Hydraulic two-platen

The t-win pairs a compact two-platen clamping unit with the servowin drive system — a variable displacement pump and servo motor that accelerate hard, build clamping force fast and sip energy between movements. Premium components throughout give it a working life of 15–20+ years, and its short frame frees up floor space for automation. It is the machine of choice for bumpers, bins, white goods and any large technical part where cycle time and uptime decide the margin.

Engineering

What sets the t-win apart

01

Fast clamping, short cycles

Rapid movements and short clamping force build-up cut dead time from every cycle — more parts per shift without stressing the mould.

02

servowin energy efficiency

The servo drive system delivers fast acceleration with low energy consumption, so big tonnage no longer means a big power bill.

03

Compact two-platen footprint

A significantly shorter machine bed than comparable toggle designs — freeing floor space for automation, conveyors and operators.

04

Frictionless clamping unit

Contactless tie-bar design with synchronised locking and precise linear guides keeps platens parallel and moulds protected.

05

Full closed-loop precision

High-precision sensors across clamping, injection and mould adjustment, with multi-zone PID temperature control on the barrel.

06

Proven durability

Validated through three million cycles at maximum clamping force and 900+ checkpoints before any machine leaves the factory.

Applications

Where the t-win earns its keep

  • Automotive & mobility — bumpers, air chambers, structural parts
  • Battery housings for e-mobility
  • White goods and appliance components
  • Crates, bins and large packaging
  • Fittings and heavy technical mouldings
